Plan all the things

Planning your day can help you focus and get a better understanding of what tasks you have ahead. You can use your plan to work out which tasks need prioritizing, and which aren’t quite as important. You should be able to allocate an approximate amount of time to each of your tasks, and refine it throughout the day if some tasks overrun, or you manage to complete other tasks early. If you can break your larger goals down into smaller, more manageable goals, then you’ll find that you feel better for accomplishing your targets, and be much less likely to start procrastinating.

This one can be quite difficult and will take some self-discipline, but if you’re serious about increasing your productivity, then it’s important that you eliminate any distractions. Distractions don’t necessarily mean having your phone ringing off the hook; simply having an unnecessary social media conversation open in the background can be enough to stop you from really being able to focus on the tasks at hand.

Delegate what you can

Finally, another huge step towards mastering your productivity is to begin delegating the aspects you feel the most weakest in. This will mean you are honest with yourself; where your strengths are, and where your weaknesses are. Hey, even the best entrepreneurs in the world have their weaknesses! If you can delegate your tasks to others in your office, or via a virtual assistant that you can find, then you’ll find your workflow to be far more streamlined!
